Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa: His Great Responsibility



Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa endorses the belief that 'with great power comes great responsibility.' His responsibility is that he is able to use his position to spread positive information regarding medicine and promote healthy habits within his community. Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa takes his responsibility of promoting both knowledge and health very seriously.


While attending Oklahoma State University, he worked for the Student Union as a tutor for physics, biology, and chemistry classes. During this time, he also worked as a nurse assistant at St. John's Hospital. Between undergraduate and graduate school, Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa taught Kaplan preparation courses regarding the Pharmacy College Admission Test, Dental College Admission Test, and Medical College Admission Test.

Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa also found time to volunteer his time and energy during the rigorous workload of Medical School. He volunteered on a weekly basis with the Bedlam Community Clinic, a charitable organization that provides quality medical services to people in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area who do not have health insurance. He worked as a tutor during this time as well. As is evident, Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa views the knowledge and technical expertise he has acquired as a valuable gift that he has a responsibility to share with other people. Residents of Tulsa, Oklahoma are very grateful that Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa calls their community his home.
